"Charlie” is a graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he volunteered with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and the IRS’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. While attending law school, he interned in the general counsel’s offices of a multinational aerospace and defense corporation and a large Real Estate Investment Trust. Charlie also earned his MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business, where he was a member of the SMU Cox School of Business Honor Council.

Prior to law school, Charlie worked in the superyacht industry, managing complex transactions involving vessels over 100 feet in length, both domestically and internationally.

Outside of the office, Charlie and his wife, Jess, have a newborn daughter. They enjoy traveling, being outdoors, reading, and spending time with their dogs in their free time.
