Kosta is an attorney at Boswell PLLC who is passionate about helping individuals, families, and athletes plan for the future with confidence. He works closely with clients to develop strategies that protect their assets, preserve their legacies, and provide peace of mind for generations to come.

Originally from New York City, Kosta earned his degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin before pursuing his legal education at SMU Dedman School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2024.

Before joining Boswell PLLC, Kosta founded and operated a boutique sports agency, where he advised and represented student-athletes as they navigated the rapidly evolving Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) landscape. Through that experience, he gained firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges athletes face both on and off the field and developed a deep appreciation for the importance of thoughtful planning and building a lasting foundation for the future.

Outside the office, Kosta enjoyed traveling, spending time with his fiancée and their two dogs, playing in recreational basketball leagues, and cheering on his beloved New York Knicks.
